Corporate Practice
We provide services to private, domestic and multinational companies in all economic sectors, covering aspects necessary for the establishment and operation of a business in compliance with Indonesian company law. This includes the field of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of business and companies, as well as the corporate restructuring.
Investment
We advise on aspects of Indonesia’s Investment Law to ensure that that prospective investors obtain the maximum benefit offered by the Law. We also assists the clients in drafting applications for investment approvals and business permits, as well as drafting Articles of Association, joint venture agreements and other corporate documents.
Merger & Acquisition
We advise strategic investors and domestic corporations on most types of Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) transactions. Our services include advice on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, due diligence, document preparation and relevant implementation processes (including liaising with public notaries and Government Agencies).

Putri Timur graduated from Faculty of Law, Trisakti University in 1992 majoring in Civil Law. In 2002, completed her master degree from Pascasarjana Programme of University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law.
She has more than 20 years experience in legal field, which combined of law firms and respectable companies such Lippo Group, Titan Group and Ericsson Indonesia. Her experiences in the law firms were with Makes & Partners and Nindyo & Associates. Prior establishing P&P, she worked for a Hong Kong based company in venture capital business industry, assigned to manage the Indonesian projects.
Her experiences in the companies as in-house counsel bring an understanding of the needs of the entrepreneurs on the corporate transcations, in assisting the clients. Intensivly focus in the areas of corporate practice, telecommunication and IT, real estate and urban development as well as mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of Peradi (Indonesian Advocates Association).
